Used Tire Management and Emergency Public Health Funds
Report to Governor Patrick Quinn and the Illinois General Assembly
The Used Tire Act (ILCS 5/53 to 55.7a) established the Used Tire Management Fund, and reporting is required as part of the Illinois Compiled Statutes for the Waste Tire Act, under Used Tires (415 ILCS 5/55.6) in the Environmental Safety section of the IL EPA statutes. Each state agency receiving an appropriation from the Used Tire Management Fund is required to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on its activities relating to the Fund.
